Contract Writing Jobs

Jim Reese recalls the first time he searched for contract writing jobs. As a freshman studying Business Communications, he wanted to apply the things he learned in class through real world applications. What started out as an experiment in the field turned into a profitable freelancing career for himself.

“What I wanted to do was find work in business communications applications, and so I started contacting companies about contract writing jobs. Sure enough, they were more than willing to take me on, especially at the rate of work and the price that I had in mind. I was willing to do more work for less money to start, just to get a taste of the experience.”

So when Jim started working on contract writing jobs, he didn’t really expect to earn a living out of it. But sure enough, even though he was still in college, he started earning income doing such a simple job, as he considered it. Deciding to pursue it a little bit more seriously, Jim extended his reach to cover more freelancing work in contract writing.

“I started taking on even more contract writing jobs and knew that I had something here. So I expanded, took more projects and applied more experiences to that which I had already acquired. Sure enough, I was earning a pretty decent income doing something that I really enjoyed.”

Flustered with his excitement of finding out that he could earn a living doing contract writing jobs, Jim celebrated, excitedly, and set up his own small office out of his dorm. Today, Jim continues to do freelance writing jobs, but now has his own business.
