If Tim Merchant had his way, he’d work on technical writing jobs for the rest of his life. After working as a programmer for large Multinational Corporation Tim spent a little time on freelance writing. Discovering that he enjoyed his work and had the knack for writing, he decided to pursue technical writing as a career. And so with the little experience that he had, he decided to pursue it.

He never seemed to lose interest in the work that he did, and so it was not uncommon to find Tim spending hours and hours and hours working on projects. This led his employers to believe in Tim’s strong work ethic, and they would provide him with even more work.

Through technical writing jobs, Tim was able to secure his financial goals. He also started his own small business, an agency serving technical writers by providing them with the resources they need in order to be as successful as Tim was. He created an online web site with job postings and freelance resources for technical writers.
