Ursula Jones had always wondered what kind of writing jobs was available out there. With so many different fields in writing, she wanted to explore the opportunities and find out which she was most strong at, and what yield her the best return on her time. After looking at freelance copywriting for ad agencies, freelance journalism and a bunch of other writing alternatives, she decided to be a generalist.

Capable of multitasking and yet keeping her focus extremely sharp, Ursula decided to take on various writing jobs from different employers who provided her with many interesting projects. She did everything from copywriting for an ad agencies creative campaign, to being an editor for an online publication. She even wrote for several companies, requesting grants from the government.

Ursula’s effectiveness at the various writing jobs she took on caught the attention of several employers, who were then very eager to provide her with even more work. With the abundance of work coming in, Ursula had to sharpen her time management skills in order to stay on top of things. But she was a very intelligent woman and was more than capable of doing so.

Juggling writing jobs around never overwhelmed Ursula, and she would often have the time to spend on other things such as enjoying time off to travel and spending time with her boyfriend. But with such a love and passion for writing, she worked twelve hour days and even more some days.

Today Ursula owns her own freelance writing agency, a business that gives writing jobs to many other freelancers who are eager to join her in her work. Earning a living from doing what she does best gave her the rewards she earned for a lifetime.
